Q: How do I get deliveries sent to my school if it is not listed?

A: Please send us an email to schoollunch@bsweetandsavory.com We'll quickly have your school added to our list.


Q: What is the price for each meal?
A: The price per meal various based on school and program requesting catering.

Q: What is the deadline for placing orders?
A: Orders must be placed by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday the week before you want your meal. (Example: Wednesday's lunch must be ordered by Saturday at 5:00 p.m.)

Q: Can I cancel a meal once the order has been placed?
A: Meals can be cancelled until 7:00 a.m. on the day for which the meals were ordered. After the 7:01 a.m. all sales are final. (Example: Monday's lunch must be cancelled by Monday at 7:00 a.m.)

Q: How do I cancel a meal?
A: To cancel a meal, log in to your account. On the main page there is a "Meals Order" section there you will see a link that says "cancel" next to the days for which you have ordered. Click on this link and confirm that you would like to cancel this meal. A credit for the value of the meal(s) will be added to your account.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We have a "No Refund Policy" cancelled meals will result in a credit on your school lunch account. This credit will automatically be applied to your next order.

Q: What happens if a meal is missed due to sickness?
A: If you or your child are out sick, contact us by 7am that morning and we will issue a credit to your lunch account for the missed meal.

Q: What are the drink options with the meals?
A: All meals include your choice of 1% milk or water.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party. All personal information will be kept confidential. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.
